With Eazybe's integration, you can automate WhatsApp messages directly through Zoho workflows. Here's how to set it up step-by-step:

Install the link

Step 1: Set Up a Workflow in Zoho

  1. Go to Zoho CRM and navigate to Settings in the top-right corner.

  2. Under Automation, click Workflow Rules.

  3. Click on Create Rule and select the module (Contacts, Deals, etc.) for which you want to create a workflow.

  4. Name your workflow and define when the rule should be executed (on create, edit, or a specific time).

Step 2: Add a Trigger

  1. Set your Trigger Criteria:

    • For example: Trigger when a contact’s stage is updated or when a deal moves to a specific stage.

    • Choose your desired Condition (e.g., “Contact Stage = New Lead” or “Deal Stage = Negotiation”).

  2. Click Save to finalize the trigger.

Step 3: Add the EazyBe WhatsApp Action

  1. Under the Action section, click Add New Action.

  2. Select messageonWhatsApp.

    • Sender Phone: WhatsApp number connected to Eazybe.

    • Message: Add your custom WhatsApp message, and use dynamic fields from Zoho to personalize it (e.g., $First_Name).

Step 4: Review and Activate the Workflow

  1. Review the workflow setup to ensure all triggers and actions are correctly configured.

  2. Click Save and activate the workflow.

This setup ensures you can send personalized and timely WhatsApp messages via Zoho workflows, making follow-ups and engagement seamless. ✨
