With Eazybe's integration, you can automate WhatsApp messages directly through HubSpot workflows. Here's how to set it up step-by-step:

Step 1: Set Up a Workflow in HubSpot

  1. Go to HubSpot and navigate to the Automation tab in the top menu.

  2. Select Workflows from the dropdown.

  3. Click Create Workflow in the top-right corner and choose From scratch.

  4. Select Contact-based, Deal-based, or Company-based depending on your needs.


Step 2: Add a Trigger

  1. Name your workflow.

  2. Click Set up triggers and choose the conditions to initiate the workflow. For example:

    • Contact properties: Trigger when a contact reaches a specific lifecycle stage.

    • Deal properties: Trigger when a deal moves to a specific stage.

    • Custom triggers: Define your own rules.

  3. Click Apply filter and Save to finalize the trigger.


Step 3: Add the EazyBe WhatsApp Action

  1. Click the + icon below your trigger to add an action.

  2. Scroll down and select Send WhatsApp message under the EazyBe integration section.


Step 4: Configure the WhatsApp Message

  1. Sender Phone: Choose the WhatsApp number connected to your EazyBe workspace.

  2. Recipient Phone: Select the contact's phone field (e.g., Mobile Phone Number, Phone Number).

  3. Message: Customize your message. Use contact tokens to personalize it.

  4. Media URL (Optional): Add links to share documents or files.


Step 5: Review and Activate the Workflow

  1. Preview your workflow to ensure all triggers and actions are set correctly.

  2. Click Review and publish to make the workflow live.


This setup allows you to schedule automated WhatsApp messages at the perfect time, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement with your leads. ✨
