With Eazybe's integration, you can automate WhatsApp messages directly through HubSpot workflows. Here's how to set it up step-by-step:
Step 1: Set Up a Workflow in HubSpot
Go to HubSpot and navigate to the Automation tab in the top menu.
Select Workflows from the dropdown.
Click Create Workflow in the top-right corner and choose From scratch.
Select Contact-based, Deal-based, or Company-based depending on your needs.
Step 2: Add a Trigger
Name your workflow.
Click Set up triggers and choose the conditions to initiate the workflow. For example:
Contact properties: Trigger when a contact reaches a specific lifecycle stage.
Deal properties: Trigger when a deal moves to a specific stage.
Custom triggers: Define your own rules.
Click Apply filter and Save to finalize the trigger.
