Where all can I see backup of my WhatsApp chats in ZOHO?

You can view the back up of your WhatsApp chats within ZOHO in several areas such as:

  1. ZOHO Contact's Page:

    • Each synced WhatsApp conversation will appear in the Notes Section in the respective ZOHO Contacts' Page.

  2. ZOHO Lead's Page:

    • Each synced WhatsApp conversation will appear in the Notes section in the respective ZOHO Leads' Page.

  3. ZOHO Deal's Page:

    • The chats will also be synced in the 5 latest deals of the respective ZOHO Contact.
