You can view the back up of your WhatsApp chats within Salesforce in several areas such as:
Salesforce Contact's Page:
Each synced WhatsApp conversation will appear in the Notes and Attachments section in the respective Salesforce Contacts' Page.
The conversation will also appear in the WhatsApp Chats by EazyBe custom activity object.
Salesforce Lead's Page:
Each synced WhatsApp conversation will appear in the WhatsApp Chats by EazyBe custom activity object in the respective Salesforce Leads' Page.
