Have you created an opportunity on LeadSquared and now want to create and track tasks for that opportunity? If yes, here's how you can do it:
1. Open the Lead's WhatsApp Chat
Start by opening the WhatsApp chat of the LeadSquared lead you wish to manage.
2. Access the Opportunity Section
In the LeadSquared Mini-CRM view, click on the Opportunity section associated with the lead.
3. Access the Tasks Section
Click on the opportunity for which you want to create a task, then click on the Tasks section.
4. Add a New Opportunity Task
Click on the Add Task button to add a new task related to the respective opportunity.
5. Fill in the Required Details
Fill in the task details in the provided fields. You can also edit additional fields by clicking on the Edit button.
6. Save the Task
Once you've entered the task details, click the Save button, and the task will be saved.
7. Mark Task as Complete
Once a task is complete, you can mark it as finished by clicking on the Complete button.
8. Add More Tasks
To create more tasks, simply click on the Add Task button and repeat the steps above.
