You can easily manage the deals associated with a HubSpot contact directly from your WhatsApp chat.
Steps to Manage Deals:
Open the WhatsApp chat of the HubSpot contact you want to manage deals for.
Click on the HubSpot icon in the right sidebar.
Click on the Deals Section under the 4th header.
To view or manage a specific deal, click on the redirect button beside the deal name to go to the respective deal's page in HubSpot.
Editing a Deal:
To make changes, click on the edit icon next to the deal.
You can edit properties like pipeline and deal stage as the deal progresses.
To add more properties, click the Edit button at the top and choose from the range of available properties.
After making changes, click Save to update the deal properties.
