With the EazyBe WhatsApp Extension, you can seamlessly create new HubSpot contacts and customize existing ones—all within WhatsApp. Here’s how:
Creating a New HubSpot Contact
Open the WhatsApp Chat
Navigate to the WhatsApp chat of the contact you wish to add to HubSpot.Access the HubSpot Icon
Click on the HubSpot icon located in the right sidebar of the EazyBe extension.
Click on "Create Contact"
Hit the Create Contact button to add the contact to HubSpot.
Automatic Phone Number Sync
The contact’s phone number will be automatically filled based on the WhatsApp chat and will be non-editable.

Customizing an Existing HubSpot Contact
Open the WhatsApp Chat
Navigate to the WhatsApp chat of the HubSpot contact you wish to edit.Access the Contact Card
In the right sidebar of the EazyBe extension, click on the Edit button within the contact card.Edit Contact Details
A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to:Modify or select user properties as required.
Rearrange the order of displayed properties.
Mark properties as required or optional.
Apply and Save Changes
After making your changes, click Apply to update the contact card with the selected properties. Then, click Save to finalize your edits.
