To edit the properties of a LeadSquared lead created via EazyBe WhatsApp extension:
Open the WhatsApp chat of the respective LeadSquared lead.
In the Contact Card that appears, click on the Edit button.
A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to edit or select the lead's properties as per your requirements. You can also rearrange the order of property display and choose whether a property is required or optional.
After making your changes, click Apply. You will then see the updated properties in the Contact Card in the LeadSquared Mini-CRM view.
Edit the properties as needed, and click Save to finalize your changes.
