User Profile section

The first button on the right-side bar will be the User Profile section.

The section will give us 4 options as given below.

To access this section, open the WhatsApp chat of your selected contact.

User Profile

  1. First section in the section is the user profile one. You can also access this section by clicking on the Edit icon beside the contact name.

  2. You can give the Name to your contact, assign priority by selecting from the dropdown and enter E-mail of the contact.

  3. You can add a custom property by clicking on the Add a new property button.

  4. Enter the property name you want to add and select the type of the property.

  5. Once you have entered all the fields click on Save and your contact’s profile details will be saved.

Note: You can also Save Contact to Phone by clicking on the button as given below.

Follow-up Section

  1. The second section in the user profile will be the follow-up section.

  2. You can write the follow-up notes to be in track of the conversation.

  3. You also get an option to Set Follow-up Reminder to remember the time at which you’ll get the reminder. If you set up the reminder the created Follow-up will also be visible in the tasks section.

  4. You can also add notification and audio to set up the alert.

Tasks Section

  1. The third section in the user profile will be the tasks section.

  2. The tasks will contain the follow-up notes you’ve created for your contact.

  3. You can also create a task by clicking on the Add a new task button.

  4. Write the task description, select the date, assign the priority and status, and select the person assigned to.

  5. The completed tasks will come in the bottom as given below. You can click on the dropdown to see the list of completed tasks.

Docs Section

  1. The last section in the user profile will be the docs section.

  2. You can type in the notes of the conversations with your WhatsApp contacts.

  3. Click on the Save button and your details will be saved.
