To view the profile section of a Salesforce Contact, follow these steps:
Open the WhatsApp Chat
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Salesforce Contact whose profile you want to view or edit.
Access the Salesforce Integration
Click on the Salesforce icon on the right sidebar of the extension and click on the Contact header to access the Contact Section.
Access the Profile Section
The first header that appears under the Contact section will be the Profile Section.
View and Edit User Properties
You can view and edit the user's properties in this section. Make the necessary changes as needed. You can edit the properties by clicking on the Edit button as given below.
Save the Changes
Once you've edited the profile, click on the Save button at the bottom to ensure the changes are applied.
