Do you want to know the tickets that got resolved? You can easily create a track of them. Wondering how, let’s find out.

  1. Open the WhatsApp chat of the Freshdesk contact.

  2. Click on the Freshdesk icon on the right-side bar.

  3. Click on the resolved section and you can see the tickets you’ve resolved.

  4. You can edit the status of a created ticket as resolved and it will come under the resolved header.
