Unresolved Tickets

Do you want to create or keep track of the unresolved Freshdesk tickets or you just want to create new tickets. You can directly do that via EazyBe. Don’t know, how? Let’s find out.

  1. Open the WhatsApp chat of the Freshdesk contact.

  2. Click on the Freshdesk icon on the right-side bar.

  3. The Unresolved section will open up by default.

  4. You can see if there will be any ticket created.

  5. Else you can add a new ticket by clicking on the Add Ticket button.

  6. Fill in the required fields and you can also click on the Edit Ticket Properties button if you want to customize the given properties.

  7. Once all the changes are done, click on the Create Ticket button.

  8. You will see options to View Ticket on Freshdesk, View Notes and editing and deleting the created ticket by clicking on the three dots.
