Let's learn how to create a Freshdesk Contact on Eazybe.

Open the WhatsApp chat of the respective contact.

Click on the Freshdesk icon on the right-side bar.

Write the Name of the contact in the field and click on the Create Contact button.

You can directly view contact in the Freshdesk by clicking on the View Contact button as given below.

1. Open the WhatsApp chat of the respective contact.
2. Click on the Freshdesk icon on the right-side bar.
3. Write the Name of the contact in the field and click on the Create Contact button.
4. Your contact will be created.
5. You can directly view contact in the Freshdesk by clicking on the View Contact button as given below.
