No no this isn’t your usual social media’s comment section. This section is exclusively designed for you where you can store the Notes for the WhatsApp conversation with your leads and note down the progress or the stage your conversation was left at.
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Bitrix lead.
Click on the Bitrix icon on the right-side bar.
The third header will be of the comment section.
Click on the Add Comment button.
Fill in the required details and click on the Save button.
Your Comment will be created. You will see the option to view note, edit and delete a created activity by clicking on the three dots.
