No, this isn’t your usual social media comment section. This area is exclusively designed for you to store notes from your WhatsApp conversations with your contacts and to track the progress or stage where your conversation left off.
Open the WhatsApp Chat
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Bitrix contact.
Click on the Bitrix Icon
Click on the Bitrix icon located in the right sidebar of the EazyBe extension.
Access the Comment Section
The third header will be the Comment section. Click on it to access the section.
Add a Comment
Click on the Add Comment button.
Fill in the Required Details
Enter the necessary details and click on the Save button.
View Your Created Comment
Your comment will be created. You will see options to view the note, edit, or delete the created activity by clicking on the three dots.
