Once you've successfully connected Bitrix with the EazyBe WhatsApp Extension, you can access the Bitrix Mini-CRM view by clicking on the Bitrix icon in the right sidebar of the extension.
Once connected, the icon will appear and you can perform various functions like:
Lead Section
Contact Section
