You can easily create Events in Salesforce using the extension. Wondering, how to do so? Let’s find out.
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Salesforce contact.
Click on the Salesforce icon in the right-side bar.
The second header under the Contact Section will be the Events one, click on it and you can access the section.
Click on the New Event button.
Enter the details and click on the Save Event button.
You can see your created event.
You have an option to either view the event directly in the Salesforce by clicking on the View Event on Salesforce button. You can also Edit or Delete the created event by clicking on the three dots.
