To create a new contact on Salesforce that is not yet in the system.
Open the WhatsApp Chat
Open the WhatsApp chat of the respective contact you wish to add.
Access the Salesforce Mini-CRM View
Click on the Salesforce icon in the right sidebar of the extension.
Access the Contacts Section
Click on the Contact header at the top of the Salesforce Mini-CRM View.
Link an Existing Contact
If there is an existing Salesforce contact, click on Link to existing Salesforce contact and select the contact from the dropdown menu.
Create a New Contact
If the contact is new and hasn’t been created in Salesforce yet, click on the Create Contact button.
Fill in Contact Details
Fill in the details in the provided fields. You can also customize the fields to your preference by clicking on the Edit button and selecting the desired user properties.
Create the Contact
Click on the Create Contact button. Congratulations! You have successfully added your first Salesforce contact.
View the Contact in Salesforce
You can directly view the contact in Salesforce by clicking on the View Contact on Salesforce button.
