You can easily create Events for Salesforce Contacts using the EazyBe WhatsApp extension. Wondering, how to do so? Let’s find out.
Open WhatsApp Chat
Navigate to the WhatsApp chat of your Salesforce contact.
Open the Salesforce Integration
Click on the Salesforce icon located on the right sidebar of the EazyBe extension.
Access the Events Section
The second header under the Contact section will be the Events section. Click on it to access the Events.
Create a New Event
Click on the New Event button.
Enter Event Details
Fill in the required details for the event and click on the Save Event button.
View, Edit, or Delete Events
Once created, you can view the event by clicking the View Event on Salesforce button. You can also Edit or Delete the event by clicking on the three dots.
