The profile section of the Salesforce Lead will show the basic contact details. To access and edit the profile section, you should ensure that the Lead is created.
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Salesforce lead.
Click on the Salesforce icon on the right-side bar.
The first header that opens up under the Lead section will be the profile one
You can view and edit user properties for your contact
You can save the changes by clicking on the Save button below.
