The profile section of the Zoho Lead will show the basic contact details. To access and edit the profile section, you should ensure that the Lead is created.
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Zoho Lead.
Click on the Zoho icon on the right-side bar.
The first header that opens up under the Lead section will be the profile one.
You can view and edit user properties for your lead and can save the changes by clicking on the Save button below.
