Open the WhatsApp chat of the respective contact.

Click on the Zoho icon in the right side-bar.

Click on the Create Lead button at the bottom and your lead will be created.

You can directly view the Lead in Zoho by clicking on the View Lead on Zoho in profile section of the lead as given below.

1. Open the WhatsApp chat of the respective contact.
2. Click on the Zoho icon in the right side-bar.
    
   
    
    
3. The New Lead Section will open up.
    
   
    
    
4. Click on the Create Lead button at the bottom and your lead will be created.
    
   
    
    
5. You can directly view the Lead in Zoho by clicking on the View Lead on Zoho in profile section of the lead as given below.
