You can create a ticket directly in HubSpot.

Go to the contact for which you want to create a Ticket for.
Click on the HubSpot icon. The last button in the top bar will take you to the Tickets section.
Click on the New Ticket button.
Fill all the necessary fields.
Click on the Save Ticket button and your ticket will be created.
