Let’s learn how to log calls for your HubSpot contacts directly through the EazyBe WhatsApp extension.
Select the Contact
Open the WhatsApp chat of the contact for whom you want to create a call log. Make sure that the contact is created in HubSpot.
Access the Call Logs Section
Click on the HubSpot icon in the right sidebar. The fifth button in the top bar will take you to the Call Logs section.
Create a New Call Log
Click on the New Call Logs button.
Fill Out the Details
You’ll see several fields to complete:
Call Outcome: Choose a suitable option from the dropdown menu.
Direction: Select the direction of the call (e.g., inbound or outbound).
Date & Time: Specify when the call took place.
Call Description: Enter relevant details about the call in the provided text box.
Save your Call Log
Once you've filled in all the necessary fields, click on the Save Call Log button to save the entry. To create additional call logs, simply click on the Add button as given below.
