Once you have created a contact,

1. Open the Contact’s chats and click on the HubSpot icon. The section that opens up is the User Profile section.

2. You can see multiple user properties as given below:

3. If you want to add more user properties click on the edit icon or text and you’ll see the following range of user properties.

4. You can customize the user properties as per your convenience.
