About Dynamic Labels
Dynamic Labels are WhatsApp labels generated and maintained based on rules you define using Zoho properties. When a contact in Zoho matches the criteria you specify, they are automatically added to the corresponding WhatsApp label. If a contact no longer meets the criteria, they are removed.
This ensures all labels remain accurate and up to date.
Creating a Dynamic Label
Follow the steps below to create a new Dynamic WhatsApp Label:
1. Provide a Label Name
Enter a clear, descriptive name for the label.
Examples:
New Leads
VIP Customers
High-Value Prospects
2. Select a Zoho Module and Property
Choose the Zoho module you want to use (e.g., Contacts) and select a property within that module.
Examples include:
Lifecycle Stage
Deal Stage
Region
Lead Status
3. Set the Condition
Define how the selected property should be evaluated:
is equal to
is not equal to
contains
does not contain
4. Enter a Value
Specify the value that the property must match.
For example, if you selected Lifecycle Stage, you may enter:
Customer
Marketing Qualified Lead
Lead
5. Save the Label
After saving:
A new label is automatically created in your WhatsApp account.
All contacts that meet the criteria are added.
The label continues to update automatically as data changes in Zoho.
