Open the EazyBe WhatsApp Extension
As a first step, click on the Integrations button on your EazyBe WhatsApp web extension.
Connect to Bitrix
Click on the Connect button below Bitrix integration. This button will redirect you to your Bitrix account.
Select your Bitrix Account
You will be redirected to a new tab. Click on the link and then, Choose the account that you wish to connect with the EazyBe extension.
Install Eazybe on Bitrix
Install the EazyBe Application in your Bitrix CRM from the Bitrix App Marketplace.
Grant Necessary Permissions
When prompted, click on the Accept button to grant the necessary permissions required by EazyBe for a seamless integration of your Bitrix account with WhatsApp. These permissions will allow you to view and sync your WhatsApp chats with Bitrix.
Once, all these steps are done, you'll be redirected to WhatsApp.
