This guide will walk you through the required steps to install the EazyBe WhatsApp Extension on HubSpot and granting the necessary permissions for integration.
Open the EazyBe WhatsApp Extension
As a first step, click on the Integrations button on your EazyBe WhatsApp web extension.
Connect to HubSpot
Click on the Connect to HubSpot button. This button will redirect you to your HubSpot account.
3. Select your HubSpot Account
Choose the HubSpot account you'd like to integrate with the EazyBe WhatsApp extension.
4. Grant Necessary Permissions
When prompted, click Accept to approve the necessary permissions required by EazyBe. These permissions will allow you to view and sync your WhatsApp chats with HubSpot.
Also, ensure your super-admin has given you Apps Marketplace and File Access permissions.
5. View WhatsApp Chats in HubSpot
To view the WhatsApp chats linked to your HubSpot Contacts. You can either click on the View WhatsApp chat in your HubSpot button in the UI or you can directly open the contact from the HubSpot Contacts section.
You can access the HubSpot Contact section by clicking on the CRM button located in the right sidebar of your HubSpot account. Then, select Contacts from the menu.
6. Filter Activity
Click on Filter Activity and make sure the WhatsApp activity option under the communication section is checked. This will allow you to view your synced WhatsApp conversations in HubSpot.
7. Successful Integration
Congratulations! You have successfully connected your EazyBe Chrome extension to HubSpot.
