A super-admin on ZOHO has the authority to invite new users to the organisation and manage their permissions. Here's how to grant permissions for seamless integrations of ZOHO with EazyBe.
Giving Permissions through ZOHO
Access the Settings page
Log in to your ZOHO account and click on the Setup icon to navigate to the settings page.
Access the Users Page
Under the General header, click on the Users button to manage users in your organization.
Manage Users
On the users page, you can:
Edit an Existing User: Click on an existing user’s profile and assign or modify their roles and permissions as needed.
Invite a New User: If you need to add a new user, click the Invite User button and specify their roles and permissions during the invitation process.
By ensuring users have the correct permissions, you’ll allow seamless integration of Zoho with the EazyBe extension.
