Disconnect ZOHO Integration

Did you integrate the wrong ZOHO account or simply want to disconnect the integration? No worries, we've got you covered!

There are two ways to disconnect ZOHO from the EazyBe WhatsApp extension:

A) Disconnect via the EazyBe WhatsApp extension.

  1. Click on the Integrations icon.

  2. Under the ZOHO section, click the Disconnect button.

  3. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Disconnect to confirm, and your ZOHO account will be successfully disconnected from the EazyBe WhatsApp extension.

B) Disconnect via the EazyBe Workspace

  1. Click on the Organisation button in the right sidebar.

  2. The Organisation page will open in the EazyBe Workspace.

  3. Click on the Integrations button in the left sidebar.

  4. Under the ZOHO CRM integration section, click on the Configure button.

  5. You'll see a red Unlink button. Click on it.

  6. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Unlink to finalize the disconnection.

After successfully disconnecting, the ZOHO icon will no longer appear in the right sidebar of the extension.
