The LeadSquared Administrator Dashboard provides detailed analytics on the leads connected to your LeadSquared account. The various analytics available on the dashboard include:

  1. Key Lead Metrics

    This section offer insights into the number of new leads, their engagement levels, and the percentage of active leads.

  2. Lead by Sources

    You'll be able to view the different sources from which you've acquired new leads within a specified timeframe.

  3. Overall Lead Funnel

    This provides an overview of the active funnel stages your leads are currently in, helping you track their progress.

  4. Top New Leads

    This section highlights the top new leads within a given time period, enabling you to focus on the most promising prospects.

  5. Recently sent E-mail campaigns.

    This analytics section covers your recent e-mail campaigns, including details about recipients, open rates, and click-through percentages.

  6. E-mail Summary

    This section provides an overview of the number of emails sent via different channels.

    Note: Apart from the above analytics, you can create custom dashlets by clicking on the "Add Dashlet" button in the top right corner. This allows you to choose from the available dashlets or create your own based on your specific use-case.
