The profile section of the Salesforce Contact will show the basic contact details. To access and edit the profile section, you should ensure that the Contact is created.
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Salesforce contact.
Click on the Salesforce icon on the right-side bar.
The first header that opens up under the Contact section will be the profile one.
You can view and edit user properties for your contact and can Save the changes by clicking on the Save button below.
