Want to send a message to multiple contacts at the same time. We have created a broadcast message feature for you.
Click on the broadcast messages button in the top-bar.
Select the Quick Reply from the drop-down that you want to send as a broadcast.
Select the Label for which you want to send the quick reply to.
You’ll also see an option to Create New Quick Reply or can send from the selected one’s by clicking on the Send Message button.
