Overview
Eazybe’s Broadcast feature lets you quickly send a WhatsApp message or template to a group of contacts directly from the extension. This is ideal for marketing announcements, alerts, or operational updates.
Instructions
Step 1: Open Broadcast in the Eazybe Extension
On WhatsApp Web with Eazybe extension, locate the top bar.
Click the Broadcast icon or menu.
Select Broadcast messages from the Menu.
Step 2: Enter Broadcast Details
Specify a unique broadcast name for your message (this helps track and manage previous broadcasts).
From the Template dropdown, choose the message template or quick reply you want to send.
From the Send to dropdown, select the group or label of contacts you wish to reach (e.g., “Leads”, “VIP Customers”, etc.).
Review all details to ensure accuracy.
Step 3: Send Your Broadcast
Click the Broadcast button at the bottom of the popup.
Your message will be queued with a progress bar and delivered via WhatsApp to all selected contacts under the chosen label.
Step 4: Check Your Broadcast Analytics
Click the Broadcast icon or menu.
Select Analytics from the Menu.
Check the Required Broadcast in matrix format which provide the total message sent, delivered, failed, read and the broadcast campagain status as Finished, In Progress or Failed.
Steps to consider
Make sure the broadcast name is descriptive and unique for tracking campaign analytics.
Templates should be pre-approved for WhatsApp to avoid delivery issues.
Use labels to segment your audience for targeted messaging.
