How the Eazybe Wallet Works
Every time you send a template message to a customer, a small fee is deducted from your Wallet balance.
Your Starter Credits: Every business (organisation) gets ₹100 or $1 free credits for the first time from Eazybe to get started! These can be used first to experience the power of WABA broadcast before proceeding to recharging your wallet.
Topping Up Your Balance: For usage beyond the free credits, you must add funds to your wallet.
How to Recharge Your Wallet
Navigate to the Wallet: In your Eazybe dashboard, go to the Billing section from the main menu. Here you can see your current balance and transaction history. You can also view and recharge your wallet balance from the extension.
Click Recharge: Click the "+ Add credits" button.
Enter Amount & Pay: A input field will appear. Enter the amount you wish to add (e.g.,
₹1000) and click "Purchase Credits".
Complete Payment: You will be directed to Stripe's secure payment gateway to complete the transaction.
The new balance will be reflected in your wallet immediately, ensuring your broadcasts can be sent without interruption.
