Where can I check Last sync time for my team using Bitrix Integration?

Admin can check the last sync time for their team on EazyBe workspace.

  1. Admin should log in to the EazyBe Workspace using their credentials.

  2. Click on the Dashboard button.

  3. In the Last Chat Synced column, you will see the last sync time of the Bitrix chats for all your employees.
