Do you have a pending task that you need to save and track later? Don’t worry! The Task Section of EazyBe’s Salesforce integration has got you covered. Follow these simple steps to stay on top of your tasks.

  1. Open the WhatsApp Chat

    Open the WhatsApp chat of your Salesforce lead.

  2. Click on the Salesforce Icon

    Click on the Salesforce icon in the right sidebar of the extension.

  3. Access the Tasks Section

    Under the Lead Section, locate the third header labeled Tasks and click on it to access the section.

  4. Create a New Task

    Click on the New Task button.

  5. Save the task

    Enter the task details and then click Save Task.

  6. Manage your Created Task

    You can view your created task. You can also Edit or Delete a created task by clicking on the three dots.
