Eazybe

To use Cloud features in EazyBe, you'll need to subscribe to the Teams Plan, and it will unlock the full benefits of the Cloud functionality. 

There are two ways to connect Cloud with the EazyBe WhatsApp Extension:

Connecting Cloud through the EazyBe Workspace

1. Log into the EazyBe workspace. 
2. Navigate to the organization's page and select the account for which you want to integrate Cloud.
3. Click the Start Connection button next to your account name. The status will change from Not Connected to Preparing.
 
 
 
4. Once done, the status will update to Ready To Connect and the button text will display as Connect WhatsApp.
 
 
 
5. Clicking the Connect WhatsApp button will open a new window with a QR code.
6. Scan this QR code using your WhatsApp mobile app.
7. After scanning, the status will change to Connected, allowing you to sync WhatsApp chats even when your laptop is closed.
 
 
 
 Note: Once connected, the cloud icon in the extension will turn green.

Connecting Cloud through the EazyBe WhatsApp Extension

1. Ensure you're logged into WhatsApp Web with the EazyBe extension running.
2. You'll see a cloud scanner icon on the left side of your screen.
3. Click on this icon, and a popup will appear.
4. Click the Show QR button to generate a QR code.
 
 
5. Scan this QR code using your WhatsApp mobile application.
6. After scanning, the cloud icon will turn green, and your chats will sync even when your laptop is closed.

Note: The connection status will also show as Connected in the EazyBe Workspace.
