Disconnect LeadSquared Integration

Did you accidentally integrate the wrong LeadSquared account with your WhatsApp extension, or do you need to disconnect your Leadsquared integration? No worries, we've got you covered!
There are two ways to disconnect Leadsquared from the EazyBe WhatsApp extension:

A) Disconnect via the EazyBe WhatsApp extension.

  1. Click on the Integrations icon.

  2. Under the Leadsquared section, click the Disconnect button.

  3. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Disconnect to confirm, and your Leadsquared account will be successfully disconnected from the EazyBe WhatsApp extension.

B) Disconnect via the EazyBe Workspace

  1. Click on the Organisation button in the right sidebar.

  2. The Organisation page will open in the EazyBe Workspace.

  3. Click on the Integrations button in the left sidebar.

  4. Under the LeadSquared CRM integration section, click on the Configure button.

  5. You will see a red Unlink LeadSquared button. Click on it.

  6. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Unlink to finalize the disconnection.

After successfully disconnecting, the LeadSquared icon will no longer appear in the right sidebar of the extension.
