Unlink Lead
Made a mistake creating a lead? Or perhaps you need to unlink a lead that was already synced?
The EazyBe WhatsApp Extension offers a convenient option to unlink a lead in LeadSquared.
Simply click the not the right contact button beneath the contact name.
In the pop-up that appears, click Disconnect to unlink the contact.
If you want to re-link the contact, follow the steps to create a LeadSquared Lead.
Move back and forth between WhatsApp and LeadSquared seamlessly
Go to LeadSquared Button
This Go to LeadSquared button provides a quick access to your LeadSquared account.
It can be found beside the contact name at the top or within the Profile and will take you directly to the respective lead's page on LeadSquared.
This button can also be found on the Opportunity page, located either beside the Opportunity name or next to the Profile in the Opportunity's profile section.
GoBacktoWhatsApp Button
EazyBe offers a Go back to WhatsApp button which is available on LeadSquared.
Clicking on this button will instantly take you back to the WhatsApp conversation of the corresponding LeadSquared lead.
This button is available in the Manage Leads page in the LeadSquared and can be seen in the Phone Number column of the respective lead.
The button is also available on a respective Lead's page on LeadSquared.
