Create HubSpot Notes

Do you have something important going on, but worry that you might forget where the last conversation ended? Maybe the conversation paused before reaching a conclusion, and you want to keep track of it for later.

No worries, with the EazyBe Notes section, you can create Follow-up Notes and save important messages for future reference.

Let’s find out.

  1. Select the Contact

    Go to the WhatsApp chat of the contact for whom you want to create a follow-up note. Make sure the contact is linked to a HubSpot Contact.

  2. Access the Notes Section

    Click on the HubSpot icon in the right sidebar. The third button on the top bar will take you to the Notes section.

  3. Create Follow-up Notes

    Write your follow-up Notes in the text box provided below and click Save to Save the Notes.

  4. View and Add Notes

    You can see your saved Notes in the Notes section. You can also add more notes by clicking on the Add button.

5. Attach WhatsApp Messages to Notes (Optional)

You can choose specific messages to attach to your notes. Click on the Attach_WhatsApp_messages_optional button and select the starting and ending messages you want to store the follow-up notes for.

6. Finalize your Notes

Once you're done selecting messages, you can delete any unnecessary ones and click

Continue. Then, add any additional notes and save them.
