Create HubSpot Tasks and Notes in WhatsApp

Create HubSpot Tasks

  1. Select the Contact
    Open the WhatsApp chat of the contact for whom you want to create a task. Ensure the contact is linked to a HubSpot contact.

  2. Access the Tasks Section
    Click on the HubSpot icon in the right sidebar and select the Tasks section (second button on the top bar).

  3. Add a Task
    Click on the Add Task button to create a new task.

  4. Set Task Priority
    Assign priority levels to your tasks to keep the most important ones at the top.

  5. Create Multiple Tasks
    You can add multiple or subsequent tasks by clicking the plus icon.

6. Track Task Completion
Once a task is completed, check it off to move it to the Completed section, keeping your workflow organized.


Create HubSpot Notes

  1. Select the Contact
    Open the WhatsApp chat of the contact for whom you want to create notes. Ensure the contact is linked to a HubSpot contact.

  2. Access the Notes Section
    Click on the HubSpot icon in the right sidebar and select the Notes section (third button on the top bar).

3. Add Notes
Write your follow-up notes in the provided text box and click Save to store them.

4. View and Add More Notes
View your saved notes in the Notes section. You can add additional notes by clicking the Add button.

5. Attach WhatsApp Messages (Optional)
Select specific messages to attach to your notes by clicking Attach WhatsApp Messages. Choose the starting and ending messages, delete unnecessary ones, and click Continue to finalize.

6. Finalize and Save Notes
Add any additional details and click Save to complete your notes.
