Create HubSpot Tasks

  1. Select the Contact

    Choose the contact for whom you want to create a task. Make sure this contact is linked to a HubSpot contact.

  2. Open the Chat and Access Tasks

    Open the contact’s chat in WhatsApp and click on the HubSpot icon. The second button on the top bar will take you to the Tasks section.

  3. Create a Task

    You can easily create a task by clicking on the Add Task button as given below:

  4. Set Task Priority

    There's an option to set the priority for your tasks. ensuring the most important ones are at the top.

  5. Create Multiple or Subsequent Tasks

    You can create multiple or subsequent tasks by clicking on the plus icon.

    Note: Once a task is completed, you can simply check it, and it will move to the Completed section below. This helps you to keep a track of completed tasks and maintain a clear overview of your pending tasks.
