Ensure that you have the latest version of our WhatsApp extension installed and running on your device.

When you login into your WhatsApp web account you will see the Integrations button on the right-side bar.

Click on the Button and you will see a popup.

Click on the Connect button under the FreshDesk section.

Enter the required details for your account.

Congratulations, you have successfully integrated FreshDesk with EazyBe.
