The profile section of the Bitrix contact will show the basic contact details. To access and edit the profile section, you should ensure that the contact is created.
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Bitrix contact.
Click on the Bitrix icon on the right-side bar.
The first header that opens up under the Contact section will be the profile section.
You can view and edit user properties for your contact and can save the changes by clicking on the Save button below.
You can also view your Bitrix contact in the Bitrix by clicking on the button as mentioned below.
