Open the WhatsApp chat of the respective contact.

Click on the Bitrix icon in the right side-bar.

If there is an existing Bitrix contact, click on Link to existing Bitrix contact and select the contact from the dropdown.

If the contact is new and hasn’t been created on Bitrix, then, click on the Create contact button.

Fill in the details in the given fields. You can also customize the fields as per your preference and can add the fields by clicking on the edit button and selecting the desired user properties.

You also have an option to view contact directly in Bitrix by clicking on the View on Bitrix button under the profile section in the contact as given below.

4. If there is an existing Bitrix contact, click on Link to existing Bitrix contact and select the contact from the dropdown.
