The Lead Info section of the Bitrix lead will show the basic contact details. To access and edit the lead info section, you should ensure that the lead is created.
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Bitrix lead.
Click on the Bitrix icon on the right-side bar.
The first header that opens up under the Lead section will be the lead info section.
You can view and edit user properties for your lead and can save the changes by clicking on the Save button below.
You can also view your Bitrix lead in the Bitrix by clicking on the button as mentioned below.
