Open the WhatsApp chat of the respective contact.

Click on the Bitrix icon in the right side-bar.

If there is an existing Bitrix lead, click on Link to existing Bitrix lead and select the lead from the dropdown.

If the lead is new and hasn’t been created on Bitrix, then, click on the Create Lead button.

Fill in the details in the given fields. You can also customize the fields as per your preference and can add the fields by clicking on the Edit button and selecting the desired user properties.

You also have an option to view lead directly in Bitrix by clicking on the View lead on Bitrix button under the lead info section in the lead as given below.
