# Team Management

> Invite team members and manage access

## Team Management

Add team members to your Eazybe organization for collaborative WhatsApp management.

### Inviting Team Members

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to Settings">
    Open Eazybe Workspace → Settings → Team
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Invite">
    Click **Invite Team Member**
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter Details">
    Provide:

    * Name
    * Email
    * WhatsApp Number
  </Step>

  <Step title="Assign Role">
    Select Admin, Manager, or Agent
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send Invite">
    Team member receives email invitation
  </Step>
</Steps>

### What Team Members Get

When you invite employees, they get access to:

| Feature           | Description                       |
| ----------------- | --------------------------------- |
| **Shared Labels** | Access team labels and funnels    |
| **Quick Replies** | Use shared quick reply templates  |
| **Team Inbox**    | View assigned conversations       |
| **Analytics**     | See their own performance metrics |

### Chat Backup & Monitoring

  Chats from team members' WhatsApp numbers are backed up to the Admin's Google Drive and visible in Team Inbox.
</Info>

This enables:

* **Conversation monitoring** - See all team chats
* **Quality assurance** - Review customer interactions
* **Training** - Identify coaching opportunities
* **Compliance** - Maintain records of all communications

### Data Privacy

Eazybe does not store data on its servers. All data is:

* Backed up with the user's WhatsApp number
* Stored securely in the Admin's Google Drive
