## Revenue Inbox

The Revenue Inbox (Team Inbox) is your centralized hub for managing all WhatsApp conversations across your sales and support team.

### What is Revenue Inbox?

Revenue Inbox lets you:

* **Monitor all team conversations** in one place
* **Identify unreplied and critical chats** using AI-powered detection
* **Track response times** and team performance
* **Assign conversations** to team members
* **Filter by labels, funnels, and priority**

### Accessing Revenue Inbox

    Go to [workspace.eazybe.com](https://workspace.eazybe.com) or click the Organization button in the extension
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Team Inbox">
    Select **Team Inbox** from the left sidebar
  </Step>

  <Step title="View Conversations">
    See all synced WhatsApp conversations from your team
  </Step>
